Jalapeno multicolor salsa
Ingredients:
- 5 jalapeno multicolor chillies, seeded and chopped
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- juice of 1 lime
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until coarsely chopped but still having some texture.
- Season with salt and pepper and add the juice of one lime.
- Serve this salsa with tortilla chips or as an accompaniment to your favorite Mexican dish.
