Caribbean Habanero Carribean Red Chicken


  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 2 Habanero Caribbean Red chillies, seeded and chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • salt and pepper


  • In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, chopped garlic, brown sugar, and chopped chillies. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the chicken breast fillets to the marinade and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
  • Place the chicken on the grill and grill over medium-high heat, until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Serve the dish with a fresh salad or grilled vegetables.
