Caribbean Habanero Carribean Red Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 2 Habanero Caribbean Red chillies, seeded and chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 2 limes
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, chopped garlic, brown sugar, and chopped chillies. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken breast fillets to the marinade and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
- Place the chicken on the grill and grill over medium-high heat, until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Serve the dish with a fresh salad or grilled vegetables.
