The 7 Pot Bubblegum Yellow is one of the hottest chili varieties in the world with up to 1,000,000 Scoville units. However, what sets it apart from other extremely hot varieties is its unique taste: fruity-sweet with a note of blueberries. The fruits are yellowish-green to yellow-orange in colour and are approx. 1-2 cm wide and 2-4 cm long. The plant can reach a height of approx. 60-90 cm and produces a large number of fruits.

The 7 Pot Bubblegum Yellow is ideal for seasoning sauces, soups and stews as well as for refining meat and vegetable dishes. However, due to its spiciness, it should be used sparingly and with caution.
