The 7 Pot Peach is a rare chili variety that was bred in the USA (Mississippi). The variety was first introduced in 2010 by a breeder named Chad Soleski and has since become popular with chili enthusiasts around the world.

The 7 Pot Peach is one of the hottest chili varieties in the world with up to 1,350,000 Scoville units. However, what sets it apart from other extremely hot varieties is its sweet taste, reminiscent of peaches. The fruits are yellow-orange in color and are approximately 2-3 cm wide and 3-5 cm long. The plant can reach a height of approx. 60-120 cm and produces a high number of fruits.

It is ideal for seasoning sauces, soups and stews as well as for refining meat and vegetable dishes. However, due to its spiciness, it should be used sparingly and with caution.
